It's not about giving you a set of skills or tools to manage  but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and how you relate to the world around you. Through this understanding, change can occur.

Individual psychotherapy sessions are held weekly, however, we may decide to meet more frequently based on your needs. My rate is $225 per 50 minute session. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with a superbill to submit to your PPO plan for reimbursement. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots.
